Purpose of position:

Recovering damages and clients’ excesses from uninsured third parties.

Responsibilities:

• Managing client and third-party expectations
• Dealing with client and third-party queries in a professional way and in alignment with our company values
• Initiating new recovery claims
• Assessing the merits and quantum of claims received
• Negotiating settlement agreements with uninsured third parties

Requirements:

• Matric (essential)
• Relevant legal recoveries experience
• Commercial insurance experience highly beneficial
• Having a solid understanding of the claims philosophy and the application thereof
