We’ve got a position available for a sales team manager

Company: King Price

Purpose of position:

Leading a sales team, driving targets and creating action plans to meet team and company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a sales team
  • Meeting set KPI’s
  • Managing recruitment needs and disciplinary matters
  • Handling and responding to complaints
  • Coaching, training and developing staff regarding products, processes and procedures
  • Auditing calls and compiling audit reports
  • Managing supervision files for consultants still working under supervision

Requirements:

  • Matric (essential)
  • Full FAIS & RE qualified (essential)
  • Minimum 2 year’s management experience
  • At least 3 years’ direct short term insurance sales experience
  • Good understanding of Obelix, Maverick, Cloud
  • Good understanding of King Price’s processes and procedures
  • Good working relationship with other departments
  • Preference will be given to staff who have completed or enrolled for the King Price’s 2IC course
