Purpose of position:

Provide analytical support and insights that enable data-driven decision-making and effective cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal business units to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
• Build models or analyse data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making
• Assist in developing and implementing business solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Support reporting and dashboard creation for various departments.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to team-based problem-solving.
• Maintain documentation and ensure data integrity across systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• 1- 2 years of relevant work experience in the insurance or analytics industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or Python is a plus
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
